The Arts Professional Arts Pay survey, developed by Baker Richards, has gone Stateside.
Baker Richards are working with New Jersey Theatre Alliance and partners who have commissioned this study.
The first edition is an opportunity to contribute to a baseline of statewide data on current compensation rates for arts-related positions in New Jersey. The research is completely anonymous and will help the NJ arts field move towards pay equity.
