We are looking for a Support Manager & Consultant to join our team. This is a new permanent position and more detail is given in the application pack. Initially the Support Manager & Consultant will focus their time learning our software in order to deliver support and training across Baker Richards software products: The Segmentation Engine, Revenue Management Application and Arts Engines Platform. You will also embark on our research training programme which reflects the highly specialised nature of our work.
We are open to receiving applications from individuals with relevant experience and from individuals with aptitude for the position who will require more support and training. We are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, committed and who relishes responsibility. You must be highly numerate, with a strong aptitude for IT and meticulous attention to detail. The ability to think logically and excellent organisational skills are also essential.
