Consultant
Libby has over 10 years’ experience in arts marketing, having begun her career at Baker Richards in 2010. She took her experience of rigorous data analysis and research to roles at the Royal College of Music, the London Philharmonic Orchestra and Cadogan Hall.
At the LPO, she worked first on their regional programme, marketing across numerous venues in the UK from Bridgewater Hall, Manchester to the Congress Theatre in Eastbourne. She then took the lead marketing the LPO’s residency at Royal Festival Hall, working closely with colleagues across the Southbank Centre Tessitura consortium and embedding the RMA and Segmentation Engine across the organisation.
Libby joins Baker Richards from the position of Head of Sales and Marketing at Cadogan Hall, where she developed the Hall’s CRM strategy using Spektrix and improved ROI and yield dramatically for self-promotions in particular. In 2018 Libby co-executive produced a fundraising concert for the Refugee Council featuring the London Philharmonic Orchestra raising £37,500 in support of the Council.
Outside of work, Libby enjoys reading, playing the piano and exploring her local countryside by bike or on foot.
