Researcher

Sam re-joined Baker Richards in 2025 as part of the research team, working on the data analysis and primary research aspects of consulting projects.

Before returning to Baker Richards, Sam completed a PGCE in Secondary History at Oxford University, worked as Cultural Development Office for Epping Forest District Council leading community initiatives to improve health and wellbeing across the district, and taught A Levels Politics and Philosophy at Harlow College. He also squeezed in a couple of trips to Japan, including teaching in a Japanese school, and volunteering at a pottery near Mashiko.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing the tenor saxophone in a local big band, trying to play Bach on the piano, and walking in the countryside.  He also has two cats, Mochi and Merlin.
