We are currently looking to hire a Client Success Lead (Advantage Dashboard), a role with responsibility for ensuring prospective and current clients derive maximum value from Baker Richards’ Advantage Dashboard.

Join Baker Richards as our Client Success Lead and play a vital role in supporting cultural organisations to unlock their commercial potential. As the main point of contact for Advantage Dashboard clients, you’ll guide them through onboarding, deliver engaging training, and ensure they get the most from our insights-driven platform. Your relationship-building skills will help clients harness data to achieve their artistic and social missions.

You’ll excel if you’re a proactive, customer-focused professional who combines technical aptitude with strong communication skills. You’ll use data to uncover actionable insights, help organisations make informed decisions, and manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional standards of client satisfaction. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll foster long-term relationships and support client success at every stage.

Your daily work will include facilitating smooth onboarding experiences, leading live training sessions, and supporting clients as they start using the Advantage Dashboard—whether they’re new to analytics or looking to deepen their data use. You’ll monitor engagement, respond quickly to queries, and provide tailored recommendations based on real client needs. You’ll also organise client events and share valuable user feedback with our product team to help shape future developments.

A key part of this role is developing your own sales leads. You’ll identify potential new clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities, recording your progress in our CRM. You’ll conduct outreach to introduce prospects to the Advantage Dashboard, qualify leads, and work closely with our consultants to convert interest into new client partnerships. Your initiative and drive will directly contribute to the growth of our client base and the success of the company.

Location: we are a home-working company, though occasional travel is an essential requirement for this role

Salary: £30,000, plus bonuses from second year
