Sharing insights at TPC 2019
Following her award-winning pricing session at the 2018 Ticketing Professionals Conference, Debbie will be returning to speak at this year’s conference. In ‘Introduction to Consumer Psychology’, she will explore how lessons from behavioural economics can help you sell more tickets, solicit bigger donations and increase income.
Including practical case studies and questions such as “how can raising your membership price increase donations?”, the session will discuss how you can influence customer choices.
Praise was high for Debbie’s session last year – the Ticketing Professionals team said:
“Baker Richards have been supporters and contributors to Ticketing Professionals since we started back in 2015. This year we welcomed Debbie Richards as a first time speaker, and she was a huge hit, both with those new to the industry and those looking to brush up on their pricing skills.”
For more information and to book your place, please see the conference website.
