Jenny Scudamore directs the product development of Baker Richards’ software, including the Revenue Management Application (RMA) and Segmentation Engine. Since designing the calculations and reports that made up the first RMA, she has designed a variety of bespoke forecasting and modelling tools for clients, translating the company’s consulting expertise into software. Recently she has played a leading role in the creation and management of a data warehouse solution now used across three continents by different applications (including Segmentation Engine and The Audience Agency’s Audience Finder).
Since she joined the company as a Researcher in 2006, Jenny’s work has spanned the globe, including projects in the UK, Europe, Australia and North America, with clients including the Royal Academy of Arts and LA’s Center Theatre Group.
Prior to working with Baker Richards, Jenny was the Business Manager of Cambridge University’s Student Union, generating income from the organisation’s publications and events. She holds an honours degree in English Literature from Cambridge University.
Most of Jenny’s spare time is spent acting and directing, primarily for theatre, and she is a published poet and artist.
