About The Project
Baker Richards was first appointed by Theatre by the Lake in 2004 to develop a marketing strategy. Subsequent support was provided on the implementation of the strategy. In 2009 Theatre by the Lake engaged Baker Richards to deliver a customised pricing review and data mining project, including market analysis and customer segmentation. In 2010 Baker Richards returned to Theatre by the Lake to work with the revenue improvement team on strategy development.
