About The Project
Royal & Derngate appointed Baker Richards in 2010 to undertake a programme of data mining and research to inform the organisation’s understanding of its audiences. The specific outcomes of the project for the Royal & Derngate were: a better understanding of audience trends; a better understanding of audience behaviours and attitudes; a clear sense of barriers to attendance and a clearly identified set of high-potential target groups.
