About The Project
Baker Richards was commissioned to undertake a customised pricing review for Pitlochry Festival Theatre in 2008, with support from the Scottish Arts Council (now Creative Scotland). Since then Pitlochry Festival Theatre has engaged Baker Richards on a retained basis to supply a rolling programme of data analysis, consultancy, modelling and forecasting, with on-going analysis including a regularly updated review of customer behaviour and tracking of booking patterns, alongside pricing analysis.
