Working with sister company The Pricing Institute, Baker Richards delivered a customised pricing review and income models for the Philadelphia Orchestra. Our customer behaviour analysis also identified a number of factors to assist with forecasting no-shows and lapsed subscription, so that remedial action could be taken.
