About The Project
Working with sister company The Pricing Institute, Baker Richards undertook a pricing review for Philadelphia Live Arts Festival, which identified and quantified opportunities for changes in pricing strategy, including standardising prices and frequency bundles. This resulted in a 6% increase in the average number of shows attended and an increase in box office income.
