About The Project
Malmö Opera engaged Baker Richards to undertake a pricing review and evaluation to address a number of specific issues including the need for a more planned approach to discounting, a more dynamic approach to price breaking within the opera house and maximising the volume of ticket sales. The recommendations also covered subscription and added value bundling to help the organisation build both the volume of ticket sales and box office income.
