About the Project
Working with sister company The Pricing Institute, Baker Richards undertook a pricing review for Bay Chamber Concerts in 2008. The pricing review resulted in a range of recommendations including a new penetration pricing strategy underwritten by a sponsor (Brewster Point) and restructuring the subscription offer. Changes to the subscription packages contributed to a 15% increase in the number of subscribers, and a 117% increase in the uptake of full subscriptions
