Qualitative Research
Qualitative research provides rich data on audience attitudes, experiences, expectations and motivations for attendance.
We offer support with scoping and designing research (including sampling, data collection and protocol design), and provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of the findings. We believe that a successful project depends on developing a thorough understanding of client requirements in order to ensure that we go beyond transcripts to offer insightful interpretation and recommendations.
We offer focus groups in support of our quantitative research services, either to test surveys or to add colour to the data through a better understanding of customer perceptions. We also work with research partner Lucid on more complex qualitative projects.
