Customer Behaviour Analysis

Detailed analysis of customer data is an essential precursor to developing a marketing, pricing or customer loyalty strategy.  We offer in-depth analysis and interpretation, either as a stand-alone project, or as part of a Pricing Review or other project.

Our standard customer behaviour analysis reports include analysis of trends in sales and value to gain an overview of purchase behaviour, analysis of frequency of attendance, retention and churn of customers, cross-over between venues or genres, and party sizes.  We also offer basic geographic catchment mapping (including comparison against demographic data when available) and customer profiling.  Our rigorous cleaning and coding methods ensure the highest levels of accuracy.

We also offer customised data mining, analysing box office data to answer questions such as “Do your customers have a fixed financial budget?”, “Which events draw most new bookers, and do they return?” or “How does having a big star affect booking patterns?”
