Whether for customer data mining or pricing research, Baker Richards can provide analysis and support on a longer-term basis.  By taking regular extractions of box office data (annually, quarterly, or at points that suit the organisation’s planning cycle) we can update analysis and provide the information that clients need, at the points when they need it.  Our clients also feel the benefits of having Baker Richards on hand as an “outside eye”, or just a friendly source of advice on the end of the phone.

Analysis may include customer analysis, sales trends for the past and upcoming season, pricing advice or detailed analysis for particular events.  Usually UpData is offered following a Pricing Review, but can extend to other forms of research and be tailored to meet individual requirements.
