     Title: Tim Baker to speak at Frontline 2012 in Birmingham
Tim Baker will speak on Developing an Integrated Pricing Strategy at the TMA's one day annual Front of House conference on 20 September.


Maximising revenue requires an integrated earned income strategy, linking pricing of tickets with 'secondary' items such as friends / membership, restaurant bookings and key items of merchandise, all the while keeping an eye on the bottom line.

Tim Baker, Director of international consultancy Baker Richards, will share research findings and examples of best practice, drawing from case studies as diverse as San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Birmingham Hippodrome.
