Debbie Richards specialises in marketing and strategy projects, as well as researching and developing sales techniques.
Debbie began her career working for the Know How Fund and in touring theatre for Hayden Searle Productions. She worked as Marketing Manager for Trinity Theatre & Arts Centre in Tunbridge Wells, and as Marketing Manager, then Administrative Director for Creation Theatre Company, based in Oxford..
Debbie has been a consultant since 2002, leading on projects including business planning; marketing strategies and qualitative and quantitative research. She has also worked on economic appraisals and impact studies; organisational reviews; needs analyses and feasibility studies.
As a speaker and trainer Debbie is the author of numerous reports published by the AMA and has presented seminars for a wide range of organisations across the UK, Europe and the US. Debbie served on the Board of the Arts Marketing Association for four years and her degree is in English Language & Literature from Oxford University.
